Welcome to the Administration section. Here you will find items relating to church business available for you to download. The section includes public access documents e.g. Parochial Church Council (PCC) meeting minutes & Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) minutes, details of our Church officers, items of general interest and occasional notices. The section contains this page which is accessible to all site visitors. There are two further pages which have restricted access (PCC page and Church Family page) - menu links to these are only visible if you are a registered user and have the necessary privileges.
The PCC is the body responsible, along with the vicar, for overseeing the vision, mission and worship of Holy Trinity Church. They are also responsible for the upkeep of Holy Trinity Church, the Church Hall and are landlords of the Castelnau Centre in Stillingfleet Road and the Stillingfleet allotments. The PCC officers submit annual reports to the APCM, held before the end of April each year. The annual report for 2009-10 and the minutes of the 2009 APCM are available to download below.
